I could not have been happier with the way Scott and the entire Empire team went about selling my property. From the outset i felt a genuine connection with Scott, like i had known him for years, and felt very comfortable in the strategy, pricing outline and process of pre sale. Once we went live on market his dedication to do additional Open House inspections, summary of potential buyers and follow up was exceptional. Susan and Josh were wonderful. Susan made us feel like family that she was helping. Often would pop in to offer another decor item. She was happy to wait for the right price where as I see other agents just want a quick sale. She got us a great price and worked incredibly hard.

Great Team, Great Sales Experience . Josh was an outstanding salesman throughout the sale of our home. He was always enthusiastic, polite and highly professional. After every open house, Josh made a point of calling us to provide clear and helpful feedback, including the level of interest from potential buyers. He remained positive and upbeat at all times and always available to answer our calls or would return them promptly. Excellent agent AND a nice bloke as well! Couldn't ask for more. A++. We chose Jason after receiving appraisals from 5 other agents in the area. Not only did he come highly reccomended to us from some friends that had also sold with him in our street, but upon meeting we found him to be the most pleasant, personable and easiest to deal with out of all the agents that we had previously spoken to. Both before and during the sale process, nothing was too much trouble for him, and we had every faith in his decisions and input given into selling our house. His market estimate of the property was spot-on, and he kept us informed of all developments at every stage of the process. He’s honest, personable, and takes the time to clearly explain every step. We recently sold our home with Scott after previously buying through him, and once again he was fantastic to work with. He’s honest, personable, and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Selling while living in the house with three very young children was overwhelming at times, however, Scott set realistic expectations and made everything feel manageable.
